The Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue (VIBIR) mission is to administer and enforce the internal revenue tax laws of the Virgin Islands with the highest degree of integrity and equality to the people of the territory.

We at the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue (VIBIR) are devoted to serving the public by actively engaging and meeting taxpayers' needs by modernizing and simplifying our system of tax administration. We are committed to continue to improve our efforts to inform and educate our taxpayers through various platforms in order to encourage voluntary tax compliance.
