BIR ESTABLISHES A REFUND HOTLINE

Joel A. Lee, Director of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, informs the community that the Bureau has established a hotline to assist in responding to the increase in telephone calls due to the stimulus payments and refund check inquiries.

The new hotline number is (340) 714-9325. It is the goal of the Bureau to continue to improve its customer service to the taxpayers of the territory.
