BIR REMINDS EMPLOYERS THAT W-2VIs ARE DUE TO EMPLOYEES ON FEBRUARY 2, 2026

Joel A. Lee, CPA, Director of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue, reminds employers that the due date for providing Form W-2VI to employees is February 2, 2026. Form W-2VIs and Form W-3SS are now available for pick up in the lobby areas at all Bureau offices on all three islands.
