Income Tax Filing Deadline Extended to May 17, 2021

Joel A. Lee, CPA, Director of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue, informs taxpayers that the income tax filing deadline has been extended from April 15, 2021 to May 17, 2021.

Taxpayers unable to meet this extended deadline can obtain an extension to file until October 15, 2021 by completing Form 4868, Application for Extension of Time to File and submitting it to the Bureau's office no later than May 17, 2021.
