Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue Reduced Business Hours Access Notice

Per the Mandate issued by Governor Albert Bryan, Jr.; The Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue has reduce its hours of operation to Monday - Friday from 9am to 3pm until January 24th, 2022. Also in an effort to reduce the number of office visits, the following Electronic Assistance Request forms are available for use:

• For Audit issues use the Audit Request Form
• For Account Balances, Installment Agreements and Tax Clearances use the DAR Request Form
• For Queries about Received Income Tax Notices use the Error Resolution Request From
• For General Inquiries (Return Status) use the Taxpayer Service Request Form
• Questions in regards to Gross Receipts can be emailed to gross_receipts_stt@irb.gov.vi (St. Thomas) or gross_receipts_stx@irb.gov.vi (St. Croix)
• Questions in regards to Withholding Tax can be emailed to withholding_stt@irb.gov.vi (St. Thomas) or withholding_stx@irb.gov.vi (St. Croix)
